Event print lands all at once. The fences go up and need covering, sponsors want their banners seen, and the crowd needs to find the toilets, the bar and the main stage. Then there are tickets to tear, programmes to sell and a photo spot for everyone’s socials. For a club or a fun run, it’s the same list on a smaller scale.
It’s grouped by the job: site branding, wayfinding and stage, tickets and programmes, and merchandise. Fence covers, barrier covers and banners are mesh or PVC, hemmed with eyelets for outdoor use. Upload print-ready files, or I’ll design the print for the whole event. Display graphics need a template, so ask me for one first. I check every file, and UK delivery is included.

Crowd barrier covers come in five sizes, each made for a common type of crowd barrier. Heras fence covers come in sizes for fence panels, vehicle gates and pedestrian gates. Tell me what you’re hiring and I’ll help you pick the right size before anything is printed.

Allow time for design if you need it. Once the artwork is approved, it’s printed in 3 to 4 working days, then sent by tracked courier, usually arriving the next working day. For big events with lots of pieces, order early so there’s time to check everything.

Yes. PVC banners, crowd barrier covers, Heras fence covers and mesh banners are made from PVC or mesh and hemmed with eyelets for outdoor use. Mesh lets the wind through, so it suits fences and scaffolding. Frames and fixings aren’t included.
