Print terms, delivery & returns

Last updated 19 October 2026

These terms apply to print ordered through the print shop on this website. Design work is quoted and agreed separately.

Print ordered on this website is sold by Ross Boag Print, a trading name of VIZN AI LTD, Ross Boag’s company, registered in Scotland (company number SC874293), whose registered office and trading address is 3/2, 4 Orkney Place, Glasgow G51 2DA, United Kingdom. Card payments show VIZN AI LTD as the business you’re paying. “I” and “me” in these terms mean Ross, who handles every order personally. You can contact me at rossboag1@gmail.com or on 07482 679 410.

  • Prices are in pounds sterling and include standard delivery to a UK address.
  • VIZN AI LTD isn’t VAT registered, so no VAT is added. The price you see is the price you pay.
  • You pay by card when you order. Payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store your card details.

To order, choose your options, upload your artwork, tick to accept these terms and select Pay. On Stripe’s secure checkout you enter your delivery address, phone number and card details. Until you select Pay there, you can go back and change anything, including your options, file and details.

Your order is accepted when your payment goes through. I then email you an order confirmation with your order details and the key points of these terms. If I can’t fulfil an order for any reason, I’ll tell you and refund you in full.

I keep a record of your order, and your confirmation email has the details. The terms that apply are the ones on this page when you order, so you may want to save or print a copy. These terms are available in English only.

I check every file before it’s printed. If your artwork has a technical problem that would affect the print, such as missing bleed, low-resolution images or text too close to the edge, I’ll email you before anything is printed. If we can’t resolve it, you can have a full refund.

  • You’re responsible for what your artwork says and shows, including spelling, phone numbers, dates and prices. My check is a technical print check, not a proofread.
  • You confirm you own, or have permission to use, everything in your artwork, including logos, photos and fonts.
  • I won’t print anything unlawful, defamatory or offensive, or that infringes someone else’s rights. If I decline an order for this reason, I’ll refund you in full.
  • Printed colours can vary slightly from how they look on screen and between print runs, especially if artwork is supplied in RGB. This is normal and isn’t a fault.
  • Orders are printed within 3–4 working days of your artwork being approved.
  • They are then sent by tracked courier to the UK delivery address you give at checkout, usually arriving the next working day. Some remote areas, including parts of the Highlands and Islands, can take longer.
  • These times are estimates. If something holds your order up, I’ll tell you. If it hasn’t been delivered within 30 days of your artwork being approved, you can cancel it for a full refund.
  • Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong, redelivery may cost extra.
  • Orders are delivered in plain packaging.

Everything is printed to your own design, so you don’t have the usual 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 exempt goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This doesn’t affect your rights if your order is faulty (see the next section).

You can still cancel for a full refund until your order has been sent to print. Email me as soon as possible quoting your order reference.

I accept returns of faulty items only. Print that isn’t faulty can’t be returned for a change of mind, or exchanged for a different product, size or design.

If your order arrives damaged, is misprinted (it doesn’t match your approved artwork because of a production fault), is incomplete or is otherwise faulty, email me with your order reference and photos. Please tell me as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of delivery, so I can sort it quickly. That’s a request, not a deadline: telling me later doesn’t take away your rights.

You can choose a reprint or a full refund. You usually won’t need to send anything back. If I do need it back, I’ll pay the return postage.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of being dispatched, let me know and I’ll chase it, then reprint or refund if it’s lost. Your order is my responsibility until it’s delivered.

Mistakes in the artwork you supplied aren’t a production fault. Small colour variations and trimming within 1.5mm of the finished size are normal in commercial printing.

If you’re a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also protects you, and nothing in these terms limits it. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they aren’t, you can reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you can ask for a repair or replacement, and if that doesn’t put things right, a price reduction or refund. A fault that shows up within six months of delivery is assumed to have been there from the start unless I can show otherwise. For advice, contact Advice Direct Scotland or, elsewhere in the UK, Citizens Advice.

If you’re a consumer, I’m responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of me breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. I’m not responsible for loss or damage that wasn’t foreseeable when you ordered.

If you’re buying for a business, my total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and I’m not liable for indirect or business losses such as lost profit or a missed event.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer.

If anything isn’t right, email me at rossboag1@gmail.com with your order reference. I’ll reply as soon as I can, usually within one working day, and do my best to put it right.

I use your details only to make and deliver your order and to contact you about it. The privacy notice explains what’s collected, who it’s shared with and how long it’s kept.

These terms are governed by Scots law and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
