Will someone check my artwork?
Yes. Every file is checked by me, a designer, before it’s printed. If something would print badly, such as missing bleed or low-resolution images, I’ll contact you before anything is printed.

What file types can I upload?
PDF is best. JPG and PNG are fine too. Use CMYK colour, 300dpi images (72dpi for large banners), embedded or outlined fonts, and include bleed.

How much is delivery?
UK delivery is included in every price. What you see is what you pay. There is no VAT to add.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?
Yes. Design is my day job. Choose “I need it designed” on any product, tell me what you need and add a logo or example if you have one. I’ll come back with a design quote, and the print is at the price shown.

Can you print something that isn’t listed?
Usually, yes. Get in touch with what you need, the size and the quantity, and I’ll quote for it.

Can I cancel or return an order?
You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes to print. Print is made to your design, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn’t apply, and it can’t be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If something is faulty, misprinted or damaged, you can choose a reprint or a refund, and your legal rights aren’t affected. The print terms have the details.
