Wall calendars: common questions

Which calendar layout should I choose?

13 pages gives a cover plus one month per page. Choose the printed back page option if you want to add contacts, sponsors or an advert on the back. 7 pages printed both sides uses fewer sheets, with months on both sides.

150gsm or 250gsm paper for a calendar?

250gsm silk is thicker and feels more like card, so the pages feel sturdier as they’re turned through the year. 150gsm silk is lighter and more flexible, which suits fundraisers and larger runs.

How do I set up wall calendar artwork?

Supply a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 200MB at 300dpi, with 3mm bleed and text 3mm inside the trim. Send every page in order, and I’ll check nothing important sits too close to the binding edge.
