Which desk calendar size should I choose?

A5 gives the most room for photos and dates. DL is tall and slim, so it fits narrow desks and shelves. The 148mm square is compact and works well for artwork and photography calendars.

What layouts are available for desk calendars?

Choose 13 pages with one month per page, 13 pages with a printed back page for contacts or sponsors, or 7 pages printed both sides, which uses fewer sheets. All three are wiro bound on a card stand.

How do I set up desk calendar artwork?

Supply a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 200MB at 300dpi, with 3mm bleed and text kept 3mm inside the trim. Send every page in order, and I’ll check the file before anything is printed.
