Mesh banners are printed on polyester mesh that lets wind pass through, so they suit big, exposed spots where a solid banner would catch the wind. Use them on scaffolding, building sites, fences, sports grounds and event perimeters. Each one is hemmed, with eyelets spaced around the edge for fixing.

Mesh banners and building wraps: common questions

Why choose mesh over a PVC banner?

Mesh is perforated, so wind passes through it, which takes the strain off the banner and its fixings on exposed sites. A solid PVC banner shows stronger colour, but it’s better suited to sheltered walls and railings than open scaffolding.

What’s the difference between heavy mesh and airmesh?

230gsm heavy polyester mesh is the thicker, heavier option. 110gsm airmesh polyester is much lighter, which makes it easier to handle and hang across a large area. Both are hemmed, with spaced eyelets.

How do I set up mesh banner artwork?

Supply a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 200MB at 72dpi at full size. Add 25mm bleed and keep important text and logos 36mm in from the edge, so nothing sits on the hem or eyelets. I check every file before printing.
