Display boards: common questions

Can display boards be used outdoors?

No. Display board is a light card made for indoor use, so it isn’t suitable for rain or damp. For outdoor signs, choose correx for something temporary or aluminium composite for something permanent.

What is 2000 micron display board?

It’s a rigid card about 2mm thick, printed on one side. It’s light and stiff enough to rest on an easel, sit in a window or fix to a wall, which suits short-term indoor signs and point of sale.

What resolution should display board artwork be?

150dpi at full size is enough. Supply a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 200MB with 3mm bleed, and keep text and logos at least 10mm inside the edge. I check every file before printing.
