Custom shape signs: common questions

Which material should I choose for a shaped sign?

Aluminium composite is rigid and weatherproof, for permanent outdoor signs. Correx is light and waterproof, for temporary outdoor signs. Foam PVC is smooth and rigid for indoor displays, and display board is a light card for short-term indoor use.

How do I supply a cut line?

Add a cut line around your shape in your artwork file, or send the design and I’ll set one up from it. Include 3mm bleed beyond the cut line, and keep text at least 10mm inside it.

How big can a custom shape sign be?

Your shape needs to fit within A3 (297 × 420mm), A2 (420 × 594mm) or A1 (594 × 841mm). Choose the size your shape fits inside when you order. Artwork should be 150dpi at full size.
