NCR pads designed and printed by a Glasgow designer

NCR pads are carbonless pads that make a copy as you write, so you keep one and give the other to your customer. They suit invoices, receipts, delivery notes, job sheets, order forms and quotes. Tradespeople, garages, couriers, cafés and small businesses use them every day for paperwork on the go.

FAQ

01

What do duplicate, triplicate and 4 part mean?

It’s the number of copies in each set. Duplicate makes two copies, one to give away and one to keep. Triplicate makes three, for example for a customer, the office and your own records. 4 part adds a fourth copy.

02

Should I add numbering to my NCR pads?

Numbering gives every set its own number, which helps you keep track of invoices, receipts and job sheets and spot a missing one. Choose no numbering for forms where you don’t need a reference, like simple order slips.

03

Black only or full colour NCR pads?

Black only suits simple forms and keeps the look of a classic invoice book. Full colour lets you print your logo and brand colours, so your paperwork matches the rest of your stationery.
