Desk pads designed and printed by a Glasgow designer

Desk pads are large tear-off pads that sit on a desk as a planner or notepad. They suit offices, receptions, meeting rooms and counters, and they make useful client gifts. Use them for weekly planners, call logs, order sheets or simply a branded space for notes, with your logo on every sheet.

FAQ

01

What size desk pad should I choose?

A3 suits most desks and sits in front of you or beside a keyboard as a planner. A2 is much larger, so it works on big desks, counters and meeting tables where several people jot notes.

02

Can a desk pad be a weekly planner?

Yes. I can design a layout with days of the week, a to-do list, notes or a call log, then print it on every sheet. Choose 25, 50 or 100 sheets, depending on how long you want each pad to last.

03

What artwork do desk pads need?

Design a single sheet at A3 or A2 and supply it as a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 200MB at 300dpi, with 3mm bleed and text at least 3mm inside the trim. I check every file before printing.
