Tent cards fold into a simple triangle that stands on a table, counter or desk. They suit restaurants and bars for specials and drinks, hotels for room and breakfast information, and conferences and weddings for table numbers, place names and reserved signs. With a face on each side, they read from either side of the table.

Tent cards: common questions

Which tent card size should I choose?

A6 suits table numbers, place names and small specials cards on café tables. A5 gives more room for a drinks list, a breakfast menu or conference information, and it’s easier to read across a larger table.

Should I laminate tent cards?

Lamination is optional. Matt gives a smooth, non-glare finish that reads well under lights, and gloss gives a shiny finish. Both protect the card, which helps if the tent cards are handled a lot or used again.

How do I set up tent card artwork?

Supply the flat, unfolded layout as one PDF, JPG or PNG at 300dpi with 3mm bleed. On the flat layout, one face sits upside down so it reads the right way once folded. Ask me for a template if you need one.
